تشاووش أوغلو: سندافع عن مصالحنا في شرق المتوسط حتى النهاية!

صرّح وزير الخارجية التركي مولود تشاووش أوغلو بأن بلاده ستدافع حتى النهاية عن “حقوقها وحقوق القبارصة الأتراك” في شرق المتوسط وهي لن تتهاون في ذلك.

ونقلت وسائل إعلام تركية عن تشاووش أوغلو قوله إن عمليات التنقيب التي تجريها بلاده “ستتواصل من خلال منح تراخيص للحدود الغربية للجرف القاري لتركيا شرق البحر المتوسط”.

ورأى رئيس الدبلوماسية التركية أن الاتفاق المصري اليوناني بشأن ترسيم الحدود البحرية للبلدين في البحر المتوسط “بمثابة رسالة بعدم الرغبة في حل سلمي”.

وشدد تشاووش أوغلو بالمقابل على أن تركيا أثبتت حسن نيتها فيما يخص شرق المتوسط.

ونقلت وكالة رويترز عن وزير الخارجية التركي إعلانه أن بلاده ستصدر تراخيص للتنقيب والحفر في مناطق جديدة بشرق البحر المتوسط بحلول نهاية أغسطس الجاري، وستواصل عملياتها في المنطقة، يتزامن ذلك مع تصاعد التوتر مع اليونان بسبب النزاع على هذه المنطقة البحرية.

وتتنازع تركيا واليونان العضوان في حلف شمال الأطلسي على أحقية استغلال موارد النفط والغاز في شرق المتوسط.

وأرسلت تركيا السفينة “أروج رئيس” أمس الاثنين لإجراء مسح سيزمي في منطقة متنازع عليها في خطوة وصفتها اليونان بأنها غير قانونية وتؤجج التوتر.

وأكد تشاووش أوغلو خلال مؤتمر صحفي في أنقرة أن بلاده ستصدر تراخيص جديدة لعمليات قرب الحدود الغربية لجرفها القاري، وستواصل “كل أنواع عمليات المسح السيزمي والتنقيب” بالمنطقة.

إلى ذلك، نشرت وزارة الخارجية التركية خريطة للمنطقة التي تجري بها السفينة “أروج رئيس” أعمال مسح زلزالي ضمن ما وُصف بالحدود البحرية في المتوسط.
