“بولا محمد مصطفى شفيق” ، والتي بين جمال الملامح وهدوء الطباع؛ اكتشفها المخرج رمسيس نجيب وقدمها للسينما، وفي حوار نادر لها، اعترفت نادية لطفي، بأنها لم تكن تحلم أبدًا بشق طريقها نحو الفن.

فقالت لـ”مجلة الموعد”: “لم يكن في البيئة التي عشت فيها شيء أسمه الفن، أو حتى ظل له، كنت سيدة عادية، أعيش حياتي الاجتماعية والعائلية بكل بساطة، ودون أن يخطر لي أبداً ان اكون ممثلة، أو أعرف أن عندي موهبة فنية”.

وواصلت حديثها: “لكن، وبالتاكيد فأن البيئة ليست هي التي تخلق أي فنان، وهكذا فلا بد أن كان في تكويني الفني والفكري ملامح فنية برزت عندما وجدت فرصتها ومجالها؛ وهذا حال المواهب والاحاسيس الفنية التي من الممكن أن توجد في جميع القطاعات، وليس في البيئة الفنية بالضرورة”.

وأضافت نادية لطفي: “كنت أشاهد الافلام السينمائية العربية كسواي من البنات والسيدات، وكنت شديدة الاعجاب بالسيدتين فاتن حمامة وتحية كاريوكا، أما النجوم الرجال فكان يعجبني منهم كمال الشناوي .. ومحمود شكوكو، فمنذ صغري وأنا أحب لونه الفني، ربما كان ذلك لانه يعبر عن الملامح المصرية الاصلية بالاحساس، والكلمة، وحتى بالابتسامة الطيبة”.

وذكرت “لطفي”، أنها فيما بعد عرفت كمال الشناوي، ومثّلت معه فيلما، قائلة: “عندما وقفت أمامه كممثلة، لم تكن عندي مشاعري التي كنت أحسّ بها، كنت أمامه كـ “نادية لطفي” ولست البنت “بولا” التي تكتب له الرسائل، ولكن مع الوقت، ومع زوال الحواجز بيني وبينه أعترفت له أنني كنت اقطع صوره من الصحف وأضعها تحت الزجاج في مكتبتي في غرفة نومي”.

وأضافت: “اعجابي به في الكبر يختلف عن اعجابي به في فترة المراهقة حيث كأنت أحساسيس القلب تتأثر بالسن والظروف والنظرة الخاصة إلى الدنيا والناس”.
