عمر فى دعوى تطليق: “بنتى بتقولى أنت هتمشي امتى عشان عمو محمد البقال يجى ويجبلى شيكولاته ويبوس ماما”

لم يتخيل عمر أن حياته ستنقلب رأسا على عقب وتتحول إلى جحيم بسماعه بعض الكلمات من طفلته ٣ سنوات وهى تقول له بمنتهى البراءة ” بابا أنت هتمشى إمتى عشان عمو محمد البقال ييجى ويجيب لى شيكولاتة ويبوس ماما؟”.

مما جعل شكه فى زوجته أصبح يقينا، وفضل رفع دعوى لتطليقها حفاظا على ابنته الصغيرة فلا ذنب لها من أن أمها هكذا.

وقال الزوج إنه تزوجها منذ ٤ سنوات عندما رآها مع إحدى صديقاتها ذات مرة، وحاول أن يتعرف عليها، ولكن صدته فى البداية، وحاول مرة أخرى، ووجد قبولا منها للتعارف، ونشأت بينهما علاقة عاطفية،وانتهى به المطاف إلى الزواج منها بعد خطوبة استمرت ٨ أشهر، وحاول خلالها أن يغير من ارتدائها للملابس الضيقة.

وأكمل حديثه أنه كان يظن أنها مخلصة له فقط، ورزقه الله بطفلة منها كانت هى كل حياته، ولكن زوجته كانت تثير شكوكه أحيانا عندما يشعر أنها تريد خروجه من المنزل غير باقي النساء اللائي يغضبن لقضاء أزواجهن وقت طويلا خارج المنزل،

ولكن كان يقاوم الإحساس بداخله مبررا لنفسه أنها تعشقه، ولا يمكن أن تفرط فى عرضها مع رجل آخر . مشيرا إلى أنه ذات يوم كانت زوجته غارقة فى النوم، وكان يلعب مع ابنته الصغيرة (٤ سنوات) حتى فاجأت والدها، وقالت له “بابا أنت هتمشى إمتى عشان عمو محمد البقال يجيب لى شيكولاتة؟”.

وحاول أن يفهم من طفلته أكثر، فقالت له “أنا شفته بيبوس ماما هنا، وراح ادانى شيكولاتة، وقال لى نامى. بس أنت ما تقولش لماما عشان ما تزعلش”. واختتم الزوج” ولكني فكرت فى صغيرتي؛ لذلك قررت التوجه إلى محكمة الأسرة لرفع دعوى تطليق من زوجتي وضم حضانة صغيرتي، وما زالت الدعوى منظورة أمام القضاء”.
