قصة أسرع حالة طلاق بعد دقائق من الزواج

وقفت الزوجة منه.أ.ال، البالغة من العمر25 عام ، أمام محكمة الأسرة بأكتوبر، تطالب بحقوقها الشرعية بعد إلقاء زوجها عليها يمين الطلاق بعد دقائق من عقد القرآن، بسبب خلاف على قائمة المنقولات.

وأكدت الزوجة تمت خطبتنا سنه و ثلاثة شهور، كانت مليئة بالخلافات الأسرية، بسبب إصرار والدته على تحميل أهلى شراء بعض المنقولات المفروض شرائه له.

وتؤكد فى الدعوى التى اتهمت فيها طليقها بتبديد منقولاتها منها لله حماتي، تسببت أثناء الخطبة بفسخها مرتين، بسبب خلاف بسيط بسبب اعتراضي على تصرفاتها معى ونظراتها لى.

لتقدم على سبى بألفاظ بذيئة ، وبالرغم من ذلك قبل أهلي بالصفح عنها. وأضافت الزوجة: “رفضت والدته كافة المحاولات الودية، وفضحت عائلتى أثناء حفل الزفاف المفترض أقامته، وتعدت على والدتي .

ونشب شجار بين العائلتين، انتهي بإلقاء زوجي يمين الطلاق على، وبعدها لجأت عائلته لتحرير بلاغ ضد أشقائى، وقاموا بسرقة منقولاتى من منزل الزوجية.

ومصوغاتى الذهبية، واتهامى وعائلتى بسرقتها. وتؤكد: حررت بلاغا وأثبت واقعة بتقرير طبى بالإصابات التى لحقت بجسدى، وطالبته حقي من أهله، ومنحى حقوقى الشرعى فى جلسة عرفية، ولكنه توعدنى بملاحقتى وإيذائى بالاتهامات الكاذبة بسوء الخلق .

وتكمل: لم تصل الخلافات بيننا إلى ذلك الحد، بل قامت عائلته بتزويجه من أبنة عمه المطلقة، بعد مضي شهر على الخلافات بيننا. عقابا لى وعائلتي على اعتراضي على طلباتهم المجحفة، وثقتنا بوعد زوجي على التوقيع على قائمة المنقولات”.
