السعوية تعلن إلغاء ”نظام الكفيل ” ..وتوجه رسالة إلي 10 ملايين وافد

تتجه وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية السعودية خلال الأسبوع المقبل إلى الإعلان رسميا عن إلغاء نظام الكفالة في المملكة بعد تطبيق دام 7 عقود.

وكشفت مصادر لصحيفة “مال” السعودية، أن وزارة الموارد ستعلن عن مبادرة تهدف لتحسين العلاقة التعاقدية بين العامل الوافد وصاحب العمل وهي المبادرة التي تعني رسميا إلغاء نظام الكفالة في المملكة.

وذكرت أن التطبيق الفعلي سيبدأ خلال النصف الأول من العام المقبل 2021، ويتوقع أن يستفيد أكثر من 10 ملايين وافد من النظام الجديد.

وكان من المفترض الإعلان غدا الأربعاء عن فحوى مبادرة وزارة الموارد البشرية بتحسين العلاقة بين العامل الوافد وصاحب العمل إلا أنه تم التأجيل للأسبوع المقبل، حيث تتم التجهيزات حاليا لذلك ومن بينها دعوة الإعلام الدولي لحضور مؤتمر صحفي بهذا الشأن.
