ورصد أحد الطلاب، والذي كان يجلس خلف الطالبين، الواقعة من خلال كاميرا هاتفه الشخصي، ويظهر في الجزء الثاني من الفيديو طالب وطالبة أخريين يجلسان في المدرج نفسه، وهما يتبادلان القبلات أيضاً، بينما كان المدرج خالياً من بقية الطلبة.
معقلون يتنقدون الواقعة: قمة قلة أدب
وتعدت ردود الفعل حول الفيديو، وسخرت “ميرفت” من الواقعة قائلة: “هو كلية آداب في الدقي”، ليرد بيتر جون، أحد الذين قاموا بنشر الفيديو على صفحته الخاصة موضحاً أن الواقعة في جامعة القاهرة، بحسب قوله.
وقال ريمون: “هو سيبك من أنهم يعملوا كدة في المدرج، السؤال هنا، أنتوا إزاي دخلتوا في المود في المكان ده”، وقالت جهاد مستنكرة الواقعة: “أحنا وصلنا لقمة قلة الأدب”.
وناقش مجلس النواب خلال الجلسة العامة في أغسطس الماضي، مشروع قانون مقدم من الحكومة بتعديل قانون تنظيم الجامعات الصادر بالقانون رقم 49 لسنة 1972 ويتضمن مشروع القانون إضافة مادة جديدة برقم (197 مكررا) نصها الآتى:
يجوز في حالة الضرورة للوزير المختص بالتعليم العالى، بعد موافقة المجلس الأعلى للجامعات تعديل نظام الدراسة والامتحان، ووضع بديل أو أكثر للتقييم فى عام جامعى أو فصل دراسى محدد، بما يضمن استكمال العملية التعليمية، مع استيفاء المتطلبات الأساسية والحد الأدنى من معايير إتمام المناهج الدراسية.
وكانت قد أكدت لجنة التعليم أن مشروع القانون يهدف إلى تحقيق استمرارية العملية التعليمية، وبما يضمن المتطلبات الأساسية والحد الأدنى من معايير إتمام المناهج الدراسية فى ضوء اختلاف طبيعة ونظم الدراسة وأسلوب إجراء الامتحانات فى الكليات والمعاهد المختلفة.
