بسبب “3 جنيه” و”ضرب أمي”.. أبرز قضايا الخلع في أسبوع

تمتلئ محاكم الأسرة بقضايا الطلاق والخلع، وتتعدد داخل أروقة المحاكم وكل يوم نقرأ عن قضايا لم نكن نتوقع حدوثها، ولم تعد قضايا الخلع قاصرة على عنف الزوج أو الخيانة، ظهرت أسباب أخرى ترويها السيدات أمام محاكم الأسرة، يرصد “هُن”، أبرز قضايا الخلع في أسبوع.

لم تتوقع “علياء.أ”، 29 عامًا، قيام زوجها بطردها من منزل الزوجية بسبب “بلوك” على موقع فيس بوك، “حماتي خربت بيتي علشان عملتلها بلوك، كل ما أعمل بوست على الفيس تتعمد إهانتي، وتدخل تقل أدبها على صحابي وأهلي فعملتلها بلوك”، كانت هذه أسباب دعوى الخلع التي أقامتها بمكتب تسوية المنازعات بمحكمة الأسرة في مصر الجديدة.

رفض زوجها إعادتها إلى المنزل بعدما تأكد أن والدته ضمن قائمة البلوك على فيس بوك، وقال لها: “عامله بلوك لأمي ليه هي متشرفكيش ولا متشبهش اللي عندك”.

حاول المقربون من العائلتين الصلح فيما بينهما إلا أن الزوج رفض وتمسك برأيه واشترط عليها أن تنول رضا والدته أولا كي تعود إلى المنزل.

زواج لم يستمر سوى 5 أشهر، لينتهى بإقامة دعوى خلع أمام محكمة الأسرة بالزنانيري، بسبب تصرفات الزوج العدوانية.

ذكرت “نهاد. ش”، في دعوى الخلع التي أقامتها: “جوزي خلاني نايمة وقصلي شعري كله، خلى منظري زي المجرمين، عشان بطلع البلكونة بشعري، وعلشان روحت لأهله تاني يوم واشتكيته، حلق لي حواجبي، وقالي علشان تعرفي تطلعي أسرار البيت برا”.

لم تعد تشعر بالأمان مع زوجها بسبب تصرفاته التى وصفتها بأنها غير طبيعية، لذلك لجأت لرفع دعوى خلع.

“ناهد” تطلب الخلع بعد 9 شهور: تاني يوم الصباحية قال لي أنا متجوزك علشان شكلى
من أول يوم زواج تشعر “ناهد.ش”، صاحبة الـ 29 عامًا، أن زوجها لا يتحمل النظر إليها كأن الزواج كان رغمًا عنه، وتأكدت من ذلك ثاني يوم زواج عندما قال لها زوجها: “بصي يا بنت الحلال أنا متجوزك عشان شكلي بس وأهلي عايزين كده، فمتستنيش مني حاجة حتى مصروف البيت مش هدفعه”.

9 شهور لا يقترب منها زوجها، معللا ذلك أنه تزوجها من أجل شكله الاجتماعي فقط، تركت منزل الزوجية بعد شهرين من الزواج وظلت لمدة 3 أشهر كاملة دون أن يحادثها زوجها، لذلك لجأت لإقامة دعوى خلع أمام محكمة الأسرة بمدينة سمنود بالغربية بعد رفضه الطلاق.
