سامر في دعوى طلاق: مراتي بتسهر وترقص مع جوز صاحبتها

تزوج «سامر.ع»، من «نورهان.ن»، منذ نحو سنتين تعرف عليها عن طريق شركة السياحة التي كانت تعمل لديها، قررا الزواج بعد فترة حب دامت سنة، وخطوبة سنة أخرى لتجهيزات الفرح، ولكن سلوكياتها الغريبة على مجتمعه الشرقي دفعه إلى اللجوء لمحكمة الأسرة من أجل تطليقها.

يروي سامر أمام مكتب حل المنازعات الأسرية بالتجمع الخامس، إن حياته كانت هادئة في البداية يعمها الهدوء متفاهمين ولكن الله لم يرزقهما بالأبناء، ولكن في كل مناسبة كانت زوجته تطلب منه الذهاب إلى الملاهي الليلية، حيث تقول إنها تحب الرقص والحفلات «في البداية وافقت وسهرتها في مكان حلو في عيد ميلادها وعزمنا أصاحبها كلهم، واتبسطنا جدا».

ولكن سامر وجد زوجته تريد السهر كل فترة قصيرة، «حسيت إنها مدمنة سهر، كل شوية لازم نروح نحجز بفلوس كتير ونسهر ونجيب صحابها، وأنا مبقتش مرتاح ليهم ولا للخروج ده وقلتلها الكلام ده مينفعش يبني أسرة، بس هي كانت مصممة تنزل وتسهر وبتفرض رأيها عليا».

حاول الزوج منع زوجته أكثر من مرة، ولكن في النهاية قرر أن ينهي حياته الزوجية معها بعدما ساورته الشكوك حول زوج إحدى صديقاتها، «كانت بسهولة أقنعها مننزلش نسهر لو صاحبتها وجوزها دول مش جايين، وكل ما ينزلوا لازم إحنا كمان ننزل نسهر معاهم، ولقيت بينهم لمسات مريحتنيش وهم بيرقصوا وطبعا مش هسيب مراتي كدة».

كان يدفع أموالا كثيرة على تلك السهرات، وشكه في سلوك زوجته، دفعه إلى طلب تطليقها أمام محكمة الأسرة دون دفع مستحقاتها المالية أو نفقاتها الشرعية «في الليلة الواحدة ممكن أدفع 1000 جنيه، ليه؟ مش بيتي أولى بالفلوس دي».
