شيماء تطلب الخلع: «بيحكي لأمه وأخته عن علاقتنا الخاصة»

لم تتوقع الفتاة التي لم يمر على زواجها نحو 6 أشهر، أن أسرار بيتها وعلاقتها الخاصة مع زوجها سيتداولها أهله، بعدما حكى لـ«أمه وأخته» عنها، وأصبحت أدق تفاصيلها مع زوجها مشاعًا للجميع، ما أصابها بالصدمة وجعلها تعود لمنزل أهلها وتطلب الطلاق، لكن الزوج رفض، لينتهي بها الحال داخل محكمة الأسرة، طلبا للخلع والخلاص منه.

بدموع لم تنقطع روت «شيماء. د. ع»، البالغة من العمر 25 عاما، أمام الأخصائية الاجتماعية بإحدى محاكم الأسرة، طالبة الخلع من زوجها «هشام. م. ح»، مؤكدة أنها فوجئت أن زوجها يحكي أدق تفاصيل العلاقة بينهما لأمه وأخته، وأنهما يتداولان تلك التفاصيل بين العائلة: «اتصدمت قالولي ابن أمه قولت هيتغير، لكن فيه فرق بين أنه يكون ابن أمه وأنه يحكيلها على أدق تفاصيل حياتنا، حتى أسرار علاقتنا الخاصة، وأمه وأخته يروحوا يحكوا للعيلة».

«أغشى عليا من هول الصدمة»

تضيف الزوجة: «عرفت بالصدفة، كنا معزومين عند عم جوزي وفوجئت بزوجه عمه بتحكي عن تفاصيل حصلت في علاقتنا، وقالتلي إن حماتك واخت جوزك دايما بيحكوا، انهارت وأغشي عليا من هول الصدمة، وتركت المنزل وعدت لأهلي ولم استوعب ما جرى، حاول أهلي الاستفسار، لكنني لم أستطع الحكي لأيام، وحينما استجمعت قواي، طلبت الطلاق من زوجي فرفض».

وتابعت: «حكيت ماحدث لوالدتي وصممت على الطلاق، وحدثت مفاوضات كثيرة بيننا لكنني صممت على طلب الطلاق، فأنا لا أستطيع العيش مع رجل يخونني ويحكي ادق تفاصيل حياتي، لا آمنه على حياتي، فغلطته من الأخطاء التي لايمكن السماح فيها، وأنا لم أتخيل أن زواجي سينتهي بعد 6 أشهر فقط، والحمدلله الذي لم يرزقني بحمل أطفال في أحشائي».

رفض يطلقني وقررت أخلعه

وطالبت الزوجة من محكمة الأسرة إقامة دعوى خلع بعد رفض زوجها تطليقها، رافضة أي محاولات للصلح بينهما: «مش عاوزة صلح، وبما أنه رافض يطلقني فأنا هخلعه».
