سمر فى دعوى خلع: ” إهمال زوجى دفعني لعمل علاقات مع آخرين”

” طول الوقت أهم حاجة شغله، عمره ما فكر يقول لى كلمة حلوة، كان نفسي فى كلمة رومانسية اسمعها منه، لكن إهماله ليا خلانى ضعفت، وتعرفت على واحد على النت وكانت صداقة عادية،

لكن حسيت بالذنب وقررت اتطلق واتجوز حد يحبنى بدل ما أغضب ربنا “.. نطقت بهذه الكلمات سمر “اسم مستعار” وهى داخل محكمة الأسرة لرفع دعوى خلع من زوجها بعد ٤سنوات من الزواج، مبررة استحالة العشرة معه.

قالت الزوجة فى مستهل حديثها : “تزوجت منذ ٤سنوات، زواجًا تقليديًا ومنذ أن تزوجنا وأنا أجد إنسان بارد المشاعر وقاسي القلب، لا يهمه سوى العمل وحياته، لم يفكر لو يومًا واحد يطربنى بكلام عشق مثل كل المتزوجين، ولكن دائما يتعامل معى بطريقة روتينية، ولا يتركنى أذهب إلى مكان بمفردى،

وخاصة عندما تأخرت فى الإنجاب كنت أشعر بالضيق أكثر، حتى فى يوم أرسل لى شاب طلب صداقة وحاول محادثتى رفضت فى البداية حتى ضعفت نتيجة الحاحة وطلب منى أن نكون أصدقاء وبالفعل تحدثنا سويًا ولكن لم أتجاوز فى الحديث معه عن أى خصوصيات.

وتابعت حديثها: “ولكن سرعان ما شعرت بالندم الشديد وابتعدت عنه ولكن فجأنى بطلبه للزواج منى، لكنه يعتقد أنى مطلقة ولكنى بعدت عنه ولم أستطع العيش مع زوجى وقررت الانفصال عنه والذى واجه بالرفض لذلك توجهت إلى محكمة الأسرة لرفع دعوى خلع ومازالت الدعوى منظورة أمام القضاء”.
