الإفتاء توضح المباح والمحرم في الخلوة الشرعيه بين الزوجين

“ما هو المباح بين الزوجين؟” هكذا اختصر أمين الفتوى، الشيخ أحمد وسام، أحد الأسئلة الطويلة التي جاءته عبر إحدى حلقات البث المباشر لدار الإفتاء المصرية عبر صفحتها الرسمية على الفيس بوك، وأجاب عنه باختصار قائلًا إن المباح في الخلوة الشرعيه بين الزوجين كل صور الاستمتاع التي يقبلها أحد الطرفين من الآخر ماعدا الاتيان من الخلف وفي الحيض وفي النفاس.

وفي فتوى سابقة لها، فصلت دار الإفتاء ذلك قائلة إن الزواج عقد يفيد حل الاستمتاع بين رجل وامرأة لم يقم بهما مانع من موانع الزواج، موضحة أن الاستمتاع بالزوجة من وطء ومقدماته جائزٌ شرعًا إذا لم تكن هناك موانع شرعية، وهذه الموانع يكون الوطء فيها حرام شرعًا ويمكن توضيحها في عدة نقاط:

1. الإتيان من الخلف في زمن الحيض والنفاس

2. الاختلاء فى وقت الإحرام وصيام الفرض

3. الاتيان من الخلف

4. الاستمتاع وقت الحيض والنفاس فيما بين السرة والركبة بغير حائل

5. تناول النجاسات والمستقذرات

6. استمناء الزوجة بيدها أو الزوج بيده، ويجوز استمناء كل منهما بيد الآخر

فإن اجتنبت هذه الأمور الستة السابقة لا حرج في الاستمتاع بين الزوجين على أي صفة كان هذا الاستمتاع.
