طلب إثيوبي بدفع مصر والسودان تكاليف حماية النيل

قال الإثيوبي الدكتور جيت زيليكي مدير مركز المياه والأراضي بجامعة أديس أبابا، إن من حق إثيوبيا مطالبة السودان ومصر بدفع التكاليف التي أنفقتها الأولى لحماية التربة والمياه في حوض النيل منذ 40 عامًا.

من ناحيته قال الدكتور أيمن سلامة أستاذ القانون الدولي، إن الحديث عن مخاطبة مصر والسودان بدفع قيمة حماية نهر النيل، حديث لا يرتقي للرد عليه، ولا يوجد له أي سند قانوني.

وأوضح سلامة لـ”مصراوي”، أن المتحدث في هذا الأمر ليس جهة اختصاص، مؤكدًا أن هذه المطالبات يجب أن تصدر من المسؤولين أو من خلال تفويض رسمي.

جاءت هذه التصريحات خلال مؤتمر للعلماء عقد في جامعة أربا مينش جنوبي إثيوبيا، تحت شعار “صوت واحد وموقف واحد لتحقيق سد النهضة الإثيوبي”، بحضور وزير المياه والري الإثيوبي سليشي بيكلي.

وتتصاعد التوترات بين إثيوبيا من جهة، ومصر والسودان من جهة أخرى، مع تأكيد من أديس أبابا لموعد الملء الثاني للسد في يوليو المقبل بشكل آحادي.

وأصدر وزراء الخارجية والري في مصر والسودان بيانًا مشتركًا بشأن أزمة سد النهضة الإثيوبي، عقب زيارة رسمية ليوم واحد للسودان لوزيري الخارجية سامح شكري والري محمد عبدالعاطي، للاجتماع بكبار المسؤولين في السودان.
