السودان: نأسف لإجراءات إثيوبيا المنفردة في سد النهضة التي تهدد حياة الملايين

طالبت وزيرة الخارجية السودانية مريم الصادق مجلس الأمن بعقد جلسة في اقرب وقت ممكن لبحث تطورات الخلاف حول سد النهضة الاثيوبي واثره على سلامة وأمن الملايين من الذين يعيشون على ضفاف النيل الازرق والنيل الرئيسي في السودان ومصر واثيوبيا.

جاء ذلك في رسالة بعثت بها اليوم لرئيس مجلس الامن التابع للامم المتحدة حيث طالبت فيها بِحثّ كل الاطراف على الالتزام بتعهداتها بموجب القانون الدولي والامتناع عن إتخاذ اية اجراءات آحادية الجانب ودعوة اثيوبيا بالتحديد للكف عن الملء الاحادي لسد النهضة الامر الذي يفاقم النزاع ويشكل تهديدا للامن والسلام الاقليمي والدولي.

ودعت رسالة وزير الخارجية السودانية الدكتورة مريم الصادق مجلس الامن الدولي بمناشدة كل الاطراف بالبحث عن وساطة أو اية وسائل سلمية أخرى مناسبة لفض النزاعات لحل القضايا العالقة المتبقية في مفاوضات سد النهضة.

كما دعت الامم المتحدة والاتحاد الافريقي وكل المنظمات الدولية و الاقليمية للمساعدة في دفع مفاوضات سد النهضة الاثيوبي ببذل مساعيها الحميدة وجهودها للوساطة لحل هذا النزاع.

واعربت وزير الخارجية د. مريم الصادق عن قلق السودان البالغ وأسفه لمضى اثيوبيا قدما في الملء الاحادي الجانب لسد النهضة للمرة الثانية معرضة حياة الملايين من السودانيين وسلامتهم وسبل عيشهم لمخاطر جسيمة.

وسردت الرسالة بالتفصيل الجهود الحثيثة والمخلصة التي بذلتها السودان للتوصل لاتفاق قانوني ملزم عبر عملية التفاوض التي يرعاها الاتحاد الافريقي خلال عام كامل وكيف وصلت هذه المساعي لطريق مسدود بسبب تعنت اثيوبيا وافتقارها للارادة السياسية الضرورية للتوصل لاتفاق يخاطب مصالح ومخاوف كل الاطراف.
