اجتماع بين مصر وتركيا وقطر السبت.. اعرف السبب

أعلن وزير الثقافة والسياحة والآثار المتحدث باسم الحكومة العراقية حسن ناظم، أن 9 دول ستشارك في قمة بغداد المُزمع انطلاقها السبت المقبل.

وصرح الوزير العراقي لصحيفة “الصباح” المحلية، اليوم الخميس، بأن الدول التسعة المُشاركة في “مؤتمر بغداد للتعاون والشراكة”، هي تركيا وإيران والسعودية والكويت والأردن ومصر وقطر والإمارات وفرنسا، إضافة إلى ممثلين عن الاتحاد الأوروبي والأمم المتحدة.

وذكر أن العراق يسعى من خلال هذا المؤتمر إلى استعادة دوره الإقليمي الفاعل والمؤثر.

وقال إن “استعادة هذا الدور لا يعني أن هناك رغبة لدى العراق في أن يلعب أدوارا، بقدر الحرص على استقراره الأمني والاقتصادي، بمعنى أن خطط هذه الحكومة تنطلق من مصلحة البلد في ملفاته الأمنية والاقتصادية”.

وأكد أن “هناك عملا حثيثا في إقامة جسور تواصل، هدفها إعادة دور العراق بما يؤمن استقراره وازدهاره الاقتصادي”.

خطط أمنية

وأضاف أن “مسألة التوترات في بعض بلدان المنطقة ستكون أيضا حاضرة لنقاشها في القمة”.

وتزينت شوارع بغداد بأعلام الدول المشاركة، فيما أعلنت قيادة العمليات المشتركة استكمال خططها الأمنية ونشر الأطواق الأمنية في الشوارع الخاصة بالمؤتمر، وحماية الأهداف الحيوية.

تطورات إيجابية

وعلى الجانب الأخر قال المتحدث باسم الرئاسة التركية، إبراهيم قالين، أمس الأربعاء: إن تطورات إيجابية قد تحدث قريبًا في علاقات بلاده مع السعودية ومصر مع سعي أنقرة لتخفيف حدة التوتر مع قوى إقليمية لها تأثير على الاقتصاد التركي.

وكان أردوغان التقى بمسؤول إماراتي كبير الأسبوع الماضي، وقال: إن “العلاقات مع الإمارات تتحسن، والدولتان على خلاف فيما يتعلق بالصراع في ليبيا ونزاعات خليجية”.

ظهور إعلامي

كما علق وزير الخارجية سامح شكري، على قرار تركيا بمنع الإعلاميين المنتمين والمحسوبين على جماعة الإخوان الإرهابية، الهاربين من مصر من الظهور الإعلامي.

وقال وزير الخارجية في تصريحات تلفزيونية: “إن هذا القرار بمثابة “خطوة إيجابية”.

واعتبر “شكري” أن قرار السلطات التركية منع الإعلاميين المنتمين لجماعة الإخوان من الظهور على الإعلام ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، سياسة تتسق مع قواعد القانون الدولي.

وقبل أيام، ذكرت تقارير صحفية أن أنقرة طالبت هؤلاء الإعلاميين بمغادرة الأراضي التركية، ووقف برامجهم على موقع يوتيوب.

استئناف اتصالاتها

في أواخر الشهر الماضي، أعلن الإعلامي محمد ناصر، الهارب إلى تركيا، بأنه سيغيب “ليس برغبته” عن كافة مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

وكانت القنوات الداعمة للإخوان، التي تبث من تركيا، أعلنت في أبريل الماضي دخول بعض أشهر مقدميها في إجازات، تاركة الباب مفتوحًا بشأن مصيرهم.

وفي مارس الماضي، أعلنت تركيا رغبتها في استئناف اتصالاتها الدبلوماسية مع مصر.

وفي مايو الماضي، قام وفد تركي برئاسة نائب وزير الخارجية سادات أونال بأول زيارة من نوعها لمصر منذ 2013، لإجراء محادثات “استكشافية” مع الجانب المصري لكن المحادثات عادت وتوقفت لاحقًا.
